…TIME FOR CLEANSING!

The following recipes will give your body a BOOST!

 

LIVER CLEANSE

1 Grapefruit

2 Lemons

2 Oranges

2 big cloves of Garlic morning before eating.

1 Tbsp. Grated Ginger

dash Cayenne powder

2 Tbsp. cold pressed Olive Oil

Squeeze the juice of the fruits and pour into a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Drink early in the morning before eating.

COLON CLEANSER I

BENTONIN (in a jar from the health food store)

Psyllium Husk

Mix 1 Tbsp of each into a glass of diluted apple juice because the Psyllium Husk ingredients are so tasteless. Stir and drink quickly because the mixture gels. Take 3 x a day and eat light meals.

 

COLON CLEANSER II

2 Tbsp. fresh Lemon juice

2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup

Dash Cayenne Powder

Mix together and drink. This mixture burns impurities in the colon.

 

TIPS

Sesame seeds are highest in calcium. Roast in a pan & grind it to a powder. 1 tsp. = enough calcium for the day.
